Use your material for its intended purpose. We are not responsible for misuse.
For wall-mounted items, we provide anchors and screws for fastening. Please consider the quality of the wall where you plan to mount the item. If you are unsure whether it will support the weight or the anchor and screw we send are not suitable, consult your trusted professional for further advice. For installation instructions, we send video instructions.
Items requiring assembly are accompanied by their mounting accessories (screws, washers and wall plugs)
Do not leave your sports equipment exposed to the outdoors or inclement weather.
Train according to your physical condition. If you have any questions, we recommend consulting your doctor, who will advise you on the exercises you cannot perform due to your specific circumstances. Exercise is healthy and should not cause pain or fatigue.
In the equipment that requires it, use a towel while training.
To clean the leatherette backrest and handles, use a wrung-out cloth soaked in any neutral soap.
To clean the wood, a dry cloth will suffice.
For the bases of the gori blocks, a dry brush will suffice.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
IN WHAT CONDITION CAN THE ORDER BE RETURNED?
For your return to be accepted, the order must be returned in perfect condition:
-No continued use : there should be no signs of having been used beyond the test.
-No marks or stains : it cannot have scratches, dirt, wrinkles or product residue.
-No signs of deterioration : no odors, no abrasions, no wear on fabric or material.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in perfect condition , unused and in its original packaging.
- Include tags, accessories, and any other items it was shipped with.
- Not applicable to personalized products, for obvious reasons.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we offer a solution at no additional cost.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for the costs depending on their country. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
What do I do if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Let us know immediately. Return it with its tags and original packaging so, after confirming, we'll also refund the shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
How will I receive my refund?
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the purchase, once the return has been verified and approved.
Are custom orders eligible for returns?
No. Any technically modified product (laser engravings, material enhancements, etc.) is unique and therefore not eligible for return.
